• Jan - March. $150.00 per night + 7.8% sales tax
• April - May. $200.00 per night + 7.8% sales tax
• June - Aug. $250.00 per night + 7.8% sales tax
• Sept - Dec. $200.00 per night + 7.8% sales tax
  
  
• Considerable discounts for 5 nights or more
• Must be at least 25 yrs of age to rent.
• Eventide is a non-smoking home.
• Unable to accommodate pets.
• Check in @ 3:00 p.m.
• Check out @ 11:00 a.m.
• Gift Certificates available.
• Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
• Rates are based on a double occupancy, use of 1 bed.
• Additional $25.00 for 2nd bedroom use.
• Additional $75.00 for optional 3rd bedroom set-up.
• Rates do not include the $80.00 cleaning fee and $300.00 fully refundable damage deposit.
• A 50% non-refundable booking deposit secures your reservation.
• Full amount of booking balance due in full 30 days prior to arrival.
• Cancellations made prior to 30 days of your arrival will refund all but the 50% deposit.
• Cancellations less than 30 days prior to your arrival may not receive refund of any
      rental payments unless the Eventide is re-rented.
